WRTS Australia COVID-19 Policy and Procedures

Updated – Friday 19 November 2021

Vaccinations

In line with the latest Victorian State Government health advice, from Friday 19 November, all participants aged 12 years and 2 months and older must be fully vaccinated against COVID19 to attend our facility, unless a medical exception applies. This applies to children in our program and any siblings or adults that attend the centre.

Proof of vaccination will be required upon entry. Immunisation History Statements are also acceptable proof.

A child under 12 years of unvaccinated parents/carers may attend the venue for our Group Programs or Parties but the child must be dropped with a staff member at the door.

Face Masks

Masks are no longer needed in our facilities, however they are recommended when social distancing may not be possible. All gyms have disposable Masks available if you require one. Staff may continue to wear masks by choice.

Capacity Limits

Government Density limits will no longer apply but We Rock the Spectrum Gyms will have some ongoing capacity limits imposed for the comfort of our participants.

All services must be pre-booked and our various services fall within time blocks.

Last minute bookings/walk ins are accepted only if the gym has availability.

Health Requirements

Please do not attend our facility if your child or any member of your household is experiencing cold or flu like symptoms, including fever, at any time.

Please do not attend our facility if you or your child are awaiting results of a Covid Test, have been identified as a Close Contact within the last 7 days or are the household contact of a positive case.

Any child exhibiting cold and flu like symptoms, no matter how minor will be isolated from the program and a parent/carer will be required to pick them up.

Health Procedures

WRTS Gyms employ strict sanitisation and air ventilation procedures to keep participants safe and healthy.

We ask that parents/carers do not enter the facility when dropping/picking up kids from our Groups as this helps keep children calm and limits the amount of people we have in the facility at any one time.
